Victor Newman founded Knowledgeworks from a successful platform of teaching leadership and change management.

 

He is an experienced international conference speaker and chair in knowledge management and innovation.

 

Past and present clients include PWC, Kodak, Orange, Unicom, Samsung, Fifty Lessons, Cambridge Antibody Technology, NHS Modernisation Agency, DSTL, Stakeholder Management Group and The British Council.

 

New projects include working with David Gurteen on the iCafe (innovation cafe), a conversational workshop model for accelerating organisational innovation.

 

Former Chief Learning Officer at Pfizer, Victor specialises in the psychology of innovation implementation, having consulted widely within industrial and commercial settings,  He is the inventor of the following innovation techniques - BoxLogic™, Barefoot™, Predator™, Baton=Passing™, KBox™ and iCafé ™.

 

He is Visiting Professor to the Open University Business School in Knowledge Management and Innovation, board member to 3 KM publications and retained adviser to Samsung KM, Fifty Lessons and Eyeforpharma advisory boards.
